For agencies & service providers

Start better projects with a clearer business brief.

A qualified requirement is more useful than a vague lead. Begin with the business goal, the work already done, the constraints, and the conditions that make a project successful.

Match capability to the actual requirement

A company asking for a website may really need clearer positioning, a lead qualification process, or a working customer portal. Diagnose the requirement before proposing a standard package. Explain which part your team can own.

Write a proposal both sides can operate

Include scope, exclusions, milestones, dependencies, review cycles, acceptance criteria, and support after delivery. Name the client decision maker and identify any data or access required.

  • Discovery output: an agreed problem and scope.
  • Delivery output: an observable, reviewable artifact.
  • Acceptance: criteria agreed before work begins.
  • Handover: ownership, documentation, and ongoing obligations.

Measure a project beyond its launch date

Separate deliverable completion from adoption and business impact. For an automation project, confirm that staff can use it, exceptions are handled, and the process runs reliably. AccelerateLink does not currently broker projects, collect payments, or guarantee leads.

Can I receive or buy leads here?

Lead delivery and a paid provider marketplace are not active. The public experience explains the workflow and helps businesses prepare clearer requirements.
