Reduce uncertainty for applicants

Explain the required documents, evaluation process, available support, and common reasons a business may not qualify. Link to the authoritative rules instead of trying to replace them with a simplified summary.

• Show who is eligible before the application CTA.
• Make dates and time zones explicit when known.
• Retain closed opportunities with a clear status where useful.
• Collect only information needed for the stated process.

Report participation and impact separately
